Leader’s Style and Traits

Research a 20th Century business leader James L. Kraft from Kraft Foods and submit a paper that discusses the leader’s style and traits. Include specific examples of the person’s effective leadership and how he or she has impacted modern business and give an overview of the chosen leader’s accomplishments, style and traits and why he or she is recognized as an outstanding leader. Students will select their topic from the following list. Students must submit their paper topic to the instructor no later than the end of the second week. Topics may not be duplicated. First come, first served so email your topic as soon as you know which you would like to focus on.
