Leadership Development Plan
You will develop a leadership development plan for your career development as a leader in health services administration. Like a business plan, it should express your desired goals (both short and long term), your objectives, and the resources you need to be successful in achieving your career goals.
PART I: Career Goals
1.What are short-term career goals? What are long-term career goals? As a healthcare administrative leader
2.What are objectives want to accomplish?
3.Action plan: What is overall action plan (step-by step) to be in future healthcare leader?
PART II: Developmental Needs
