1. Share a “vision statement” that describes the focus on safety and/or quality in your organization. If your practice is not large
enough to have a safety or quality statement, find and share a vision statement from a national or professional organization that
represents you (as a nurse practitioner) or your patients. Depending on their definition, it may be called a mission statement. ONE SENTENCE

the vision of my hospital is as follows: we are a health care system that is a regional leader in patient and family experience, clinical outcomes and the advancement of health professions.

I will attach to the order a pdf file that is called week 11 leader ship… this file will have all the required reading and documents, also I will attach two small chapters that mentioned in the file. the order can be finished with one page, But I will order two pages.
