Leadership Plan

Scenario:
You will be assigned as the Team Leader for one day during your clinical rotation. Before the start of your assigned clinical day you are to create a leadership plan and method for evaluating the plan.

Include the following in Leadership Plan
1.    A minimum of 3 personal objectives for the day
2.    How do you plan to delegate to and lead your fellow classmates?
3.    How do you plan to prioritize and accomplish all needed tasks?
4.    How do you plan on evaluating if these objectives were met?
