For each of the following: Learning Disabilities Emotional & Behavioral Disorders Gather and compile the following information and add it to your previous word document in section three. Using your text and online resources, identify the following. Make sure that you view the rubric: 1. Definition, etiologies, & causes 2. Disability characteristics and how this may impact learning 3. What are the Oregon state eligibility criterion for Special Education Services? What are the criterion for your state if different than Oregon? (Refer to your states Administrative Rules & Compare with what the textbook states.) 4. Evidence based practices, strategies & supports 5. Teacher practices regarding the supervision and collaboration with para-educators, the collaboration with parents, and coordination and collaboration related services. 6. List 4 ideas on how you would provide inclusion opportunities in general education classroom and other school environments (to address both functional and core-academic curriculum priorities). 7. List several websites/resources that will provide high quality guidance regarding any of the specific disabilities mentioned this week.
