Hi this is a discussion a case study on legal and ethical issues in health care. I will upload two lecture note that are relevant for this case study, a case study, a rubric that will be used to grade the discussion post and a post that we are following on the discussion. you can choose to agree or disagree with the post but you must support your point or you write a post just anaysing the regal and ethical issues arising from the case study.
