Interview Project: Sometimes textbook material comes to life when you hear someone’s life story! For
this paper, you need to interview someone who is at least 20 years older than you are. Allow them to
tell their life story. Tell them that you are trying to understand how people change with age from their
20s into late life. The person that you interview can be a relative. The interview can be done in person or
over the phone. The interview should take at least 30 minutes. Take notes during the interview.
In your interview paper (two-pages, typed, double-spaced) address important developments in adult life.
(For example, what elements in their personality, self-esteem, social attachments, cognitive skills, and
physical skills have been consistent throughout their adult lives and what areas have experienced
change. Why have changes occurred?) Directly connect your interview findings to at least 3 concepts
from the textbook. Please identify your three concepts in bold in your paper and indicate their page
number from the text.
