Literature review

Literature review on the relationship between cultural identity types emerged from a framework developed by Sussman (2000, 2001, and 2011) and repatriation adjustment.

The cultural identity model basically suggests that there are four types of cultural identities (affirmative, subtractive,
additive, and global) that the individuals go though when they returning to their home culture after spending certain time on host cultures.

Please note that, based on
critically analysing what is currently known about the relationship between cultural identity types and repatriation adjustment, there has to be research questions and hypothesises for each of the four types of cultural identities and its purposed relation to repatriation adjustment.
