constraints these UAE companies face while going for market expansion.Entry mode Strategies you will use in entering the foreign market and the reasoning behind the

success of the company in that particular country.
Group Project Tasks:
Select areal company from the UAE and follow the case project sample format. ( we have selected Strata Manufacturing Company Web site: http://strata.ae/web/en/
Step 1: Write a company case based on Al Ain Dairy Sample. (Attached)
Step 2: Take that company to any country of your choice. ( We have selected USA)
Step 3: Before entering, conduct a PESTEL (Political, Economic, Social, Technological, Environmental and Legal) analysis of the country that you intend to enter.
Step 4: Mention which entry mode strategy you will be choosing to enter and Why?
Step 5: Conduct a SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats) Analysis of your company.
Step 6: What are the resources needed to manage the new initiatives? Provide an approximate idea of the cost of investment required (Budget for employees, rent,

machinery and other resources etc.)
Project Instructions:The project will be written double-space, 12-Font, Times New Roman, typewritten pages, including bibliographical references in APA style. Half a

point will be subtracted for every spelling, typing, grammatical, and other mistakes. Make sure you should follow the APA referencing style for in-text citations and

references.Word limit: 5000 Words
