Task A :-
1- describe the process given in the following ARENA example by focusing on the logic modules and Data modules
2- evaluate the result for one and two replications
3- indicate the type changes the logistic company should consider to improve the process performance . Discuss how these changes can be implemented by the Logistic Company
4- Modify the ARENA model reflect at least one of the changes indicated above. Discuss your answer.

Task B
The following set of data represents the monthly sales data for the two orders within the Logistic Company
5- Generate forecasts for one month using EXCEL for the both orders based on using single exponential smoothing (SES). Comment on the graphical shape of the forecasted models. discuss in details your result
6- Generate forecasts for one month using EXCEL for both orders based on using moving average (MA). Comment on the graphical shape of the forecasted models. Discuss in detail your result.
7- Discuss which forecasting method is best for each order and explain the reason for your selection. Minitab can be used at this point to validate your answer
