Making a verdict

1. Nick, who was in financial distress, had entered into a contract with Denial for the sale of a piece of land. He later wished to have the contract set aside arguing that he entered into the contract because of threats made against him by Denial. Denial denies making threats and counter argued that he voluntarily entered into the contract. Advise Nick on the possibility of cancelling the contract
