Project description
1. Think of a cross-cultural situation during your time at the University where you felt that it did not go as you had expected. Elaborate clearly what happened and how you felt at this time? (Maximum half a page).

2. Having studied the course for the last 4 weeks, analyse the situation now using concepts that you have come across in lectures/tutorials by answering the following questions separately. ( Maximum two pages)
a. Can you integrate theory into the experience/situation? How?
b. Can you demonstrate an improved awareness and self-development because of the situation? In what way?
3. Personal action plan

Please answer the following questions (Maximum half a page)
a. What are you going to do differently in this type of situation next time?
b. What steps are you going to take on the basis of what you have learned?

You will be assessed on the following:
1. Description of the cross cultural situation, how well it is described (20%)
2. Analysis of the situation
a. How well theories have been integrated into analysing this situation, variety and engagement with theories? (30%)
b. How well you have discussed your self-awareness and development? (10%)
3. Personal action plan
a. Quality of discussion of things you will do differently? How well are they linked to what you have discussed previously? (20%)
b. Quality of discussion of what steps you are going to take? (15%)
4. Presentation (5%):
a. Grammar, Overall flow, spellings , referencing
