Management being a very being a very broad field,   It covers areas such as the way an

organization is organized, its structure, and work control. Other areas which are involved in

this broad field include bureaucracy and post bureaucracy as well as sexuality in

organizations. In the first part of this paper, I will tackle a area called motivation. Later on, I

will deal with gender and sexuality in organizations as well as bureaucracy and post

bureaucracy. Motivation always has an impact on how the organization organized as we3ll as

its structure and work. This is because the worker’s morale is always driven by their driving

force. Managers are always on the look out for their employees driving force so that they can

make them better workers. Motivation refers to that force either intrinsic or extrinsic which

helps us or causes us to strive in order to achieve a given set of goals (Stajkovic, 2003).

Motivation is such a complex phenomenon that several theories have been put forward to

explain it. Among most managers,  most popular explanations for motivation have their

bearing on the needs of the individual in question.The core of motivation is in the fact that all

the people have the needs they want satisfied .Primary needs are easy to identify because they

deal with the physical aspect of individuals well being and they just come about naturally. On

the other hand, the secondary ones are psychological and are learned along the life’s terrain.
