Managing Guard Operations (paper 7)

One of the more concerning issues related to the security industry is lack of continuity in categories such as hiring practices and training to include enormous disparity regarding the qualifications needed to own/operate a security agency.

The Center for Private Security and Safety has recently concluded and published (attached) a “white paper” on this topic. Please review their findings and develop a course of action to create a more formalized structure for the security industry.

Finally, your text discusses , in brief, methods used to select a contractual agency, when needed. Please address alternative methods of selection such as “positioning and deliverables” when going through the selection process.
