steps discussed in your text and in class:
1. Needs assessment – Use the reactive needs assessment model to identify and address a specific performance problem.
2. Design and delivery – What will you cover in training and what training method will you use
3. Evaluation – how will you determine if the organization and its members benefited from the training that you provided?
Then answer the following questions:
