For this assignment, I ask you to use the HR Training model to consider how you might develop a training module for you community partner organization.  Follow the

steps discussed in your text and in class:

1.    Needs assessment – Use the reactive needs assessment model to identify and address a specific performance problem.
2.    Design and delivery – What will you cover in training and what training method will you use
3.    Evaluation – how will you determine if the organization and its members benefited from the training that you provided?

Then answer the following questions:
1.    What did I learn?
2.    How, specifically did I learn it?
3.    Why does this learning matter, or why is it significant?
4.    In what ways will I use this learning; or what goals shall I set in accordance with what I have learned in order to improve myself, the quality of my learning,

or the quality of my future experiences or service?
