(3)Mount Everest goal –Be a store manager

Download the Business Vision handout to write your Business Vision and follow the process of writing it. Next,

write out the information in the handout and include the following information:
• Core Ideology
o Core Convictions
o Core Purpose
• Envisioned Future
o 5 year Mt. Everest Goal
o Vivid Description
• Overall Business Vision

This can be written for a current department or business or a future one. The choice is yours, but I do ask that

you make clear in your document which it is.
