The Microsoft Excel Analysis ToolPak Descriptive Statistics tool usage Repeat the calculation of the descriptive statistical parameters with the Microsoft Excel Analysis ToolPak Descriptive Statistics tool usage. The descriptive statistic must be calculated for each sample in the table from the task 1. For this you must perform the following steps: 1. Open document that was created in the Task 1 (if you close it). 2. Open the Analysis ToolPak by selecting Tools Data Analysis from the main menu bar. 3. Select Descriptive Statistics from the list of available tools and press OK to open the Descriptive Statistics dialog box. 4. In the Input Range field, type (or select directly from your spreadsheet) the cell range containing the data you want to analyze. 5. Check all of the options shown in the lower part of the Descriptive Statistics dialog box in order to generate all the available statistics. 6. Output options set to the cell address with empty area at right side of it and bellow. Press OK to generates the results. Compare these results with values that you were receiving in the Task 1. Note! Save Excel document in the folder D:Users your_LastName, file name: descript_stat2 Task 3. General Statistical Hypothesis testing 1. Formulate a task by the mathematical statistics point of view (define which one statistical hypothesis it is need checking). 2. Define the type of the variables distribution. 3. Choose method of the statistical hypothesis check in according of the variables distribution type. 4. Check up the additional conditions for the statistical hypothesis check method (if need).5. Calculate appropriate statistical test and check result by comparing with the critical value. 6. Make a scientifically grounded conclusion on task. Note! For this assignment you are required to choose a case written about a leader and investigate their approach to leadership. You may use any case you wish so long as it is not one that you have already prepared for this course”. Criteria for Assessment: This submission will be marked against the following criteria: •1)Provide a short description of the background to the case. This should identify the leader and the nature of the leadership challenge or context. •2)Discuss the main leadership lessons that you have taken from the case and outline why you feel that these lessons are important for your own leadership. •3)Review how any of the leadership theories covered on the course have helped you develop an understanding of the leadership described in the case. 1) You will need to go through the course preparation attached file in order to ensure covering what we have taken during the course.
2) I would like to know which case study you have chosen. i was thinking to select about the current CEO of Saudi Aramco Khalid Alfalih but I am not sure if there is a sufficient information about him. I am from Saudi arabia and i have been working with Saudi aramco (Oil and gas company ) as project engineer. Currently I am studying MBA in energy management so it will be good to have case study about oil and gas industry.
Therefore, I would like to hear from you about the case if you have one and it should be very interesting so that I can get full mark.
3) With regards to the theories and approach of leadership we have covered the following
•Transactional leadership;
•Transformational leadership;
•Authentic leadership.
Also plrease refer to the attached file that covers the leadership theories.
I would like to get the sources from books or jourines rather than the internet for wrting the paper
