Collect ovaries from naturally cycling mice culled in
routine anthiel hwse procedures
2. Dissect into rephiate small sections
3. Distribute to 4% paraformaldehyde fixation
H+E histology to quantity follicule
Mechanical disaggregation
Collagenase concentration 1, 2 & 3
Trypsin concentration 1, 2 & 3
Selected cllagenase concentration + selected hypsin concentration
sTo determine optomum time for each incubation
