Problem: Lack of enough qualified personnel to handle premature babies. Lack of education of mothers and nurses to perform Kangaroo mother care through skin-to-skin contact.
Solutions: more qualified nurse need to be hired. Besides, encourage of early mother-infant bonding through skin-to-skin contact needs to be performed.
