Michael Faraday and the relationship between chemistry and electricity

During the topic each student will be required to complete one topic paper (3-6 pages typed) highlighting a chemist from history and the effects of their work on society. This chemist can be from any time period but non-European chemists are encouraged. Remember to cover the Who, What, When, Where and Why they are important. Differing from the clippings assignment though the students will be required to present 3 reference sources that are print in nature.
