Pick one model of organisational change that you think is the most effective. Provide an analysis of why you think the chosen model is the most effective model for organisational change. Discuss the strengths and weakness of the chosen model. Provide an example of how the chosen model can be implemented. In the example, please include a description of who will be involved in implementing the change (who & what responsibilities?).
