Moghaddam says that a primary claim of evolutionary psychology is that there is a “genetic basis for behaviour and mental life” (296). List at least three aspects of behaviour or mental life that we have considered in the course and for which one of the authors has suggested that there may be a genetic basis for this aspect. For each of these describe any evidence we have considered that suggests the basis is cultural rather than (or as well as) genetic.
