Monitoring and evaluating the strategic plan

Choose a ‘SMART’ strategic goal for the Meredith Centre. Using the balanced scorecard try to identify a measure for the one strategic goal in each of the balanced scorecard quadrants (customer perspective, financial perspective, internal business perspective and learning and development perspective). That is, four measures that provide a balanced perspective on the achievement of the one strategic goal. Do not repeat measures that your classmates have already used.
First to post this week will be an advantage, but you can also use a different strategic goal (you can write a new one) if all of the measures have been chosen.
