In this assignment, you will reflect on the necessary communication and collaboration skills that are required of special educators entering the profession. You will read the uploaded special educator job posting and review it. In reviewing the job posting, answer the following questions:

1.) With whom is the special educator expected to communicate and collaborate?

2.) What tasks, roles, or responsibilities is the special educator expected to complete that require communication and collaboration?

3.) If you were to apply for this position, how would you talk about your strengths and weaknesses in the areas that require collaboration and communication?
