n this final project, this assignment will help to develop the skills that are important in either starting your own company or developing new business for an existing company. By integrating multiple aspects of the textbook, you should address the key components of this course including: (1) The Contemporary Business Environment; (2) The Business of Managing; (3) People and Organizations; (4) Principles of Marketing; (5) Managing Information; and, (6) Financial Issues. You will learn about and be provided sample Business Plans during the course. In groups of 3-5 students, you will form a team that launches a new, unique venture. This will include developing a strategy, documenting your vision for the company, and producing a business plan. The final paper should include all components of strategy, vision, mission statements, and Business Plan. Teams will present their final projects to the class using visual me.
