You may select any nonprofit or public organization for which there is sufficient information to allow for a good analysis of ethical or social justice issues, or you may select your own organization if it is a nonprofit or public agency.

Your Final Project should include each of the following sections.

Introduction: Describe the organization, the setting, and any other information about the organization or related background that you think is important in order to understand the organization and the ethical or social justice issues that are present.
Write a brief description of the ethical or social justice issues.
Explain the ethical or social justice issues in terms of one or more of the philosophical theories/theorists from the course.
Explain if and how the issue is related to the four social justice themes (human rights, equality, liberty, and justice).
Summarize what you believe to be the major challenges presented to the organization as a result of the ethical or social justice issues.
Develop recommendations for addressing the issues.
Analyze the factors that would affect the implementation of the recommendations.
Describe the outcomes you would expect if your recommendations were implemented.
Your Final Project must demonstrate both breadth and depth of knowledge and critical thinking appropriate to graduate-level scholarship. It must follow APA Publication Manual guidelines and be free of typographical, spelling, and grammatical errors. The project should be 8-10 pages in length (double-spaced), not
