Selection of a peer-reviewed research article from life-science journals such as J of Am Dietetic Association, J of Nutrition, Am J of Clinical Nutrition, J of Applied Nutrition, Science, J of Am Med Ass (JAMA), etc. (10%)
The format and content: Introduction of the article (10%), discussion (the main body of the essay – please see the evaluation method posted on this course site under Lessons  (45%). The main emphasis of your assignment should focus on determining if the article is a science article or pseudo-science. Discuss the credibility of the article, research methods, data analysis and presentation, discussion of the research findings in the article. Justify why it is a science paper or why not.
Discussion of the credibility of the paper based on the journal name, credentials of the authors and their affiliations (10%).
The appropriateness of your conclusions. (10%)
List your research paper cited under reference.(5%). 
Attach the research article you evaluated (5%)
