The Purpose of the Project.

This project was birthed out of the desire to provide quality online gaming services to people all around the world. Our own goal as a region involved in the project is to provide the online gaming services required conveniently. Our aim is at least one million customers in Western Europe.
Over time we are going to continue measuring how much progress we have made on the goal we set for ourselves in a number of ways, such as; how this service can satisfy what our customers really want, how fast we are able to deliver our services to our customers, how quickly we are able to solve their problems (when issues arise), how quickly we are going to start getting returns from this huge investment we are making and how much interest it can bring into our company, how well we are able to conform to the policies of our license holder and stick with the agreement.

Assignment 3.
We are subtly changing one requirement.  Rather than the CSRS allowing CSRs to select 1 tool at a time, it should allow them to use multiple tools at once.
Following the template on the back cover of in the book (you did buy the book right?) you are to submit a completed software requirements specification.
You should include a low fidelity prototype of User interfaces for the Main CSR, Chat systems, at least one of the record keeping database views (e.g. what HR might see when it looks to see when an employee was logged in).
You should look for an off the shelf solution to the chat problem.  (Both google and Microsoft have options as do many other companies).  You should give a brief assessment of why you recommend the one you do.
You should include diagrams done in UML where appropriate.  For example in the Business Data model section you may want a high level class diagram.  You don’t really need very many of these.
For non functional Requirements.  Pick a top 5 and try and clearly specify them.  These should be testable and based on some research about usability/look and feel etc.
(Note that you can use the low fidelity prototypes as part of your non functional requirements.  I didn’t mention that in class because I forgot, sorry).

Note that the Template (appendix A) is over 70 pages long.  And while you can copy paste a lot from A2 and so on, I’m reasonably expecting fairly long assignments here.
