ROGER’s ANSWER:
Choosing the proper storage design has a lot to do with warehouse efficiency. Effective inventory management helps keep things running smoothly. It can be difficult to keep track of all the nooks and crannies. Having a good management system that pinpoints where everything is and where new products should go can save a lot of time and hassle. Make sure to use all of the space that is available. People are constrained by our size and relative inability to climb, and our lives mostly take place within six feet of the ground. This means that we tend to overlook higher spaces when making plans. Simply expanding your warehouse shelving up near the ceiling can add considerable amounts of space to the facility.

Effective is the process of producing or expected result (dictionary.com). Utilizing warehouse space effectively is an important part of business success. Warehouse contains numerous product, managing those product for easy distribution is very important. Part of the effectiveness is managing inventory levels, if the warehouse is not organize then distribution will be affected tremendously. Proper warehouse management also is very important as to maintain level of supply and demand. Effective inventory management helps keep things running smoothly. one of the biggest issue with using warehouse space effectively is the design of the warehouse, warehouse should be tailored to the type of product that are being stored, and what is being used to store them, effective space management is also how fast can item move and position for quick access. Using warehouse space effectively could also lead to cost saving and lessen financial impact.
