The limits to, or impossibility of the management of organizational culture by managers (in line with the idea that culture is something an organization ‘is’)

Please ensure that you respond to the question allocated to you. In responding to the questions you should:

1. Use examples
2. Develop a clear argument
3. Demonstrate that you have engaged with the recommended reading.
4.Also, you can use the resources from the lecture notes (additional files)

Part One: an executive summary of the presentation.
This should draw out what you think are your key arguments. Do not just repeat your slides or notes (both of which can be added as part of the appendix). Instead, focus on providing a concise statement of the question and how you approached it, concise analysis, focusing on your main points, and a conclusion. This section should be supported with references of the resources used to support your argument, including academic literature and case studies.

Part Two: reflections after the presentation
This should focus on your reflections on your presentation in light of the other presentation and the feedback received in class. This section should concentrate on the content, but you may also want to reflect on the manner of presentation – what went well, what didn’t, and why. In responding to this section you might like to consider (you may not need to respond to all of these):

a. how would you refine the argument you presented to provide a more compelling answer?

b. how would you respond to or counter the arguments presented by the other group to support your argument?
c. how would you respond to questions raised in class that challenged your argument?

d. what additional preparation might have been useful?

e. what was the most interesting thing you learned (this may be different for each group member)?

f. how did you develop and agree on your argument in your group? Did it involve compromise or was there consensus? How did this affect your presentation?
