In assuming the role of an OD professional or Change Agent you’ve been contracted to advise your Hotel on what is needed to implement a significant organisational change in hotel operations. Advise your lecturer by email of that change event before proceeding with your report.
In your report you must justify the position that you have taken in addressing the issues raised and recommendations to management.
You can draw upon knowledge, skills and experiences you have gained in other units and from industry placement if it is relevant to helping you make a submission in the report on the issues related to the event.
In your report, you should critically analyse the various definitions of OD, and the relevant theories and methodologies around OD and change management. (You will need to employ the theory as a lens through which to engage with your case study.)
