If you do not already have an account with them, you would be prompted to create one. It only takes a minute or so and needs you to create a username and password. You would also be required to pay around $ 3.95 to Harvard Publishing to obtain access to the case. I would highly encourage all the team members to obtain the case ASAP. Sometimes, you may face technical problems. The earlier you access, the more time you have to work on the analysis. The analysis needs to be done in your respective teams. Question to discuss:
1) How would you compare the input-output relationship (in terms of cost and benefits) for the recent three months in the tube assembly room with the one that existed about 24 months ago before Langley was hired as the department head? Did Langley’s leadership have something to do with it?
2) How would you describe the task interdependence that existed between the team members in the tube room? How did it affect the team members’ performance?
