I agree with fast changing environment is a waste of time and resources but not with serious planning activities because planning is the most important thing for anyone to reach goals. And the good person who can deal with problems by preparation a plan for everything he/she think will see it on he/she ways.
I disagree, managers have to know and get involved in political activities because the political is the most important to make any organization be grow or make it down. So if managers do not know about the political problems they can not make good designs for their organization.

My plan for my self-improvement based on my responses and analysis is I like to be in stable environment that will help me to do well in my work position with comfortable mindfulness.
To accomplishing my goals to do well in my work with comfortable mindfulness, I have to choose the best environment. That will help me to push myself and my co-workers to do the good things with high quality in order to reach our organization’s goals.
The application context is about how is a thinker changed with stable environment and this context shows me how to be a helpful employee and stable mindfulness.

Yes, but in some time because if I have a good organization that I prefer to deal with, I will not look for other organization but in fact I have to do researches for backup’s organization for emergency time when I need to a backup. I would ask friends for other organizations or I will go online and browsing for a same product what I am looking for? Also how much it will be?
I will look for other backup organization to reach my satisfaction in same amounts and characteristic. My behavior will not change for all it will change some of mine.
Yes I have tried some of these strategies. For example Toyota and Lexus are working together even though they are competitors for each other. On the other hand Ford is not working with other competitor.
Section 3:
I have learned from this chapter that the organization environment is everything can affect to an organization from outside or inside boundary of the organization. And how it is important for impacting employees in a complex or simple environment with stable or unstable environment that will show and change the employees’ thinking and their work. Although how the framework design will help.
The related between this chapter and the previous one is the previous one talking about how to design or redesign a structure for an organization and communication. On the other hand, this chapter is about how we can control these structure and relationship between employees and the organization environment.

I have learned from this chapter the similarity that I had in my previous knowledge every organization focus on how to make their employees comfortable when they are working and in this chapter shows how important to make a stable environment in your organization and affect it to your employer or yourself in order to achieve the goals in the organization.
Section 5:
My career goals are improving my skills and increasing my knowledge in how I can adapt with different environment in stable or unstable environments. And if it is unstable environment I am able to determine the problem and redesign and develop a framework to make it stable for my organization. That will help me in future to determine which place I will feel comfortable environment that will impact me to do well in my position.
I have learned from this chapter there are several sectors can impact to any organization by indirect impacting. In my knowledge experience I know several things in the word can affect some organization for example the local or global economy will affect the business organizations on good or bad things. So that will help me to think about it if I will be in a position I have to make a decision in the future.
I would like to discuss how is the important to unite with others because on my experience one of my friends has a company and he had hard time to work with government and he signed contract with their projects because he did not have the qualifications that allow to him to get that contracts. But after he united with his friend who has other company they were one hand with abilities. That united company opened to them a lot of things with not only the government also with big companies that have big projects.

I have learned from this chapter many things important to help me to estimate my goal and my need when I work at my organization and do I like work in a stable one even there are some deficiencies or unstable if they have offered good things to me. Also, am I more like the simple or complex organization?

I have learned from last chapter how the structure helps to create stable environment. Also in this chapter the environment or the external factors help the employee’s and the organization to work independently.

I found that I truly like to work in stable environment which it will help to improve my abilities at work. My mindfulness will create and producer better when I feel I am in a safe place and have peace in mind.

Yes, I should have a backup organizations even if I have a high dependence of some organizations that I prefer. I have to check every organization I would like to deal with then I will try to find another organization provide the same thing.

I have learned from this week that this chapter is one of the most important chapter in the book because it shows how the environment impact the employee’s which if the environment simple or complex.
