You are required to write your project report on any type of organization – government, private or non-profit. Select an organization and choose any topic stated below. Gather data and information from different sources: first hand, secondary, and Web sites. Write the report following the attached format.

Describe the structure arrangement of your organization. Discuss how your
organization adapted between different organizational cultures due to external
pressures.
? Does revolutionary or evolutionary best describe the changes that have been
taking place in your organization? Discuss the strategic role of your choice
(revolutionary or evolutionary) of change.
? In what types of change (such as restructuring) has your organization been most
involved? (Hint: You can discuss this from the perspective of changes in
technology, product development, strategy and structure or cultural changes
within the organization).
? How successful has the organization been in successfully implementing the
change? With the information that you have at your disposal, discuss (a) the
forces for change, (b) obstacles to change, and (c) the strategy for change your
organization has adopted. Discuss critically about how successful organization
has been in achieving its strategy to change

? Explain what you have learnt from this project in terms of relevance of theory and practice.

? You must provide at lease 3 references you have accessed in writing the report. These can be parts of other books on your chosen topic or Journal articles
