outsourcing is unethical when using child labor

The content of your written research project requires a response to and discussion of the following 
questions and topics:
1. Is it ethical for U.S. companies to outsource labor to foreign countries? Using research, defend 
your position.
2. If it is legal in the foreign country to employ children; is it ethical for a U.S. company to 
outsource work to a company that employs children? Defend your position.
3. Using current events, discuss the outsourcing practice of a specific U.S. company. There are 
many companies from which to choose; Nike, Apple, Dell are just a few.
4. Based on the company you select:
a. Is the foreign country behaving ethically? Why or why not?
b. Is the outsourcing company behaving ethically? Why or why not?
c. Is the U.S. Company behaving ethically? Why or why not?
5. In your opinion, should a U.S. company be bound by American law when outsourcing labor in a 
foreign country? Defend your position.
