Parental involvement in UAE Vocational Education the Case of VEDC

Brief introducing to the general topic of parental involvement then narrowing it down to the context of the study which is here the UAE vocational education symbolized by the Vocational Education Development Center (VEDC) here we should give a brief background about the Center (VEDC). Then at the same introduction we have to set the scene for the significance of the study as it is the first to be conducted in the level of vocational education in UAE specifically in the VEDC. Stating the research questions
Literature Review
The framework of this study is based on the Epstein?s Six Types Framework. To go on reviewing the literature related to the topic of both vocational education and the importance of the field specially UAE context as an emerging concept, then the parental involvement worldwide and in an Arabic and rather GCC and UAE context. Here there should be a critical reading in the previous literatures and compare the different opinions and the empirical researches in the field. There should be again a kind of synthesis between the reviewed literatures or studies.
Methodology
There should be a clear and thick description for all the following:
1. The context of the study: VEDC as a vocational education center
2. The sampling of the study, the sample selection and the rationale the representativeness of the sample and what kind of sampling is it.

3. Research instruments here we have three research instruments 1. The interviews 2 questionnaire to the social workers 3. Questionnaire to the parents
These research instruments should be supported by the literature and whether they are replicating the previous studies or explain the strengths of this research instrument and why do we select it not any other one, showing how it is the best one to gain data for analysis. If it is adapted from previous studies, what kind of changes has been made to make it suitable to the current study?
Findings and analysis
Here showing the findings of the study and demonstrating them in charts or readable graphs. Explaining the relationships between the elements of the study that have been revealed from the findings with explicate examples from the research tools findings.
Discussion
We should put the findings of the study in a way to compare the findings to two main things the first one is the context of the study that is VEDC here in specific and how these findings are in line with the macro image of the concept of parental involvement. We have to decide whether this study replicate in part or in whole any previous studies. We should relate all the findings with the research questions and check if we really answer them thoroughly and meaningfully. There should be a clear voice of the researcher depending on the previous literatures in a kind of deep critical and synthetic manner. There should be a figure explicitly demonstrates parental involvement as an educational policy that should be implemented and suggesting some ways of implementing it properly.
