Perform an online search for articles relating to the top qualities in managers. This will generate publications for qualities in many types of managers. The article should be at least 2-3 pages. Read the article and summarize the main points in a 1 page document. Compare this to information in Chapter 11. Note similarities between the two sources of information, and identify contrasting information as well. Be sure to include a citation including the web site, author, and other reference information in your report.
