PERSONAL BACKGROUND

PERSONAL BACKGROUND:

 

I am currently serving in the Royal Australian Navy and am looking to become and promote to a commissioned officer specialising in creating educational based training programs for all aspects of the Navy. At the moment I serve as a Combat Systems Operator sailor. Is it of vital importance that the reflection below highlights all this with a focus my hopes to eventually be able to develop training programs for the Navy. Please find below the assessment requirements as well as a marking criteria.
