“What were personal Internet users and commercial enterprises’ views, at the time, on the social media in 2014?”
my tutor said I need to narrow it down to

“What were personal Internet users’ views, at the time, on the social media in 2014?”
delete the part of commercial enterprises, because my dissertation will only  be 10000 words. Two directions are too much to handle. So, you only need to write Internet users. And you do not need to mention anything about group. Only focus on personal.
This is the structure from tutor. Basically  You need to revise everything.
