personal reaction paper

You are to write a personal reaction paper about the various sources of information gather and overall experience in the course. This paper must be in APA format and provide specific information regarding the sources that were used

The information gathering phase of this project occurs in three steps:

Step 1: Media
Students will find 3-4 representations of counselors from any variety of media sources (movies, television programs, YouTube videos, fictional books or stories, magazine articles). The movie, television, or other video clips will be shared as part of the presentation.

Step 2: Myth
Students will collect information on thoughts and perceptions about counselors, the process of counseling, or the role of the counselor. Students will do this by contacting five (6) individuals in the various contexts including 1 family member, 1 friend, 1 school age student, 1 college age student, and 2 media official (radio, newspaper, TV, etc.). Students should ask these designated individuals about positive and negative aspects concepts they have about both school and community counselors. Student may use email, handouts, or transcribed (recorded) conversations. Students may also utilize other creative approaches to gathering this information
