Project description
Perform this experiment. Hold the left end of an elastic band stationary in front of you with your left hand. Stretch the band by pulling on its right end with your right hand. Write a one page report on your observations and explain whether any part of the elastic band accelerates. The report does not have to use a special format and single spacing is acceptable. You will be marked on how well you explain scientific principles and the accuracy of your statements. Your report should be understandable by nonscientists. You must cite your sources.
