Follow the “PA log rubric” very carefully, answer every single question thoroughly under “part 3”, which is the paper portion of this assignment. Using my Physical

Activity log sheets to answer all the questions is an EXTREMELY important part of this assignment! I attached notes called “PA log notes” that will be useful in

completing this assignment. REMEMBER, this assignment is based off of the data I collected in my physical activity log sheets. ALSO, don’t forget about making a graph.

I need at least 4 complete pages, not including the graph. No specific amount of sources needed. please call for any questions.
