Research male and female reproductive genitalia. Based on your understanding, create a 3- to 4-page Microsoft Word that includes the following information:

Perform a physical assessment of female breasts (great opportunity to do breast exam teaching) on one of your chosen participants.
Complete a detailed anatomy & physiological analysis of both normal and abnormal findings.
include the characteristics of the primary external structures, such as location, size, surface characteristics, consistency, nodes, symmetry, tenderness or pain, erythema, heat, or drainage.
Write a concise note in the subjective, objective, assessment, and plan (SOAP) format for each participant encountered finding.
