Who: You and a peer coach What: Pick a small project where you know that change is required. Use an OD framework (model, method, intervention) based on class readings. You can use your work or/and an aspect of your passion project. This could be a preamble or miniature version of a future capstone or thesis project. Needs to be a live case study done by you. Partner with one other person in the class who is NOT in your LLG as a âpeer coach.â In the peer review process, coach and advise each other around your projects and  âpeer reviewâ final papers. Hand in a thorough and real case study of your project that is five pages, doublespaced long.  Include background information, the goals of the project, level of the system you are working with, the steps you used (data collection methods, interventions, etc.), outcomes and possible next steps. Include your personal learningâs and how the relationship with your peer coach helped to shape the project. The following components need to be included in the paper: 1.Clearly present and explain the OD Project youâve chosen 2.Give background to the project 3.Level of system you are working with 4. The steps used in the OD framework (entry into the system, contracting, data collection methods, intervention choice, implementation, evaluation) 5. Outcomes and next steps 6.Personal learningâs and relationship with peer coach helped shape the project 7.Paper organization, Writing elements and APAstyle formatting, including intext citations and full bibliography ** please take a look a previous papers done regarding organizational development (OD) in order to formulate the topic and analysis format.
