Order Description

In a critical essay, outline your role in a new construction project, remodeling project, or building improvement.
Base your essay on an example of one of the following three types of construction projects:
new construction project
remodeling project
building improvement.
It is recommended that you base your work on an actual construction project that you have researched or observed, even if only casually. You may, if necessary, describe and analyze a hypothetical or fictional case, but if you do so, provide a high level of details and specifics.
This essay should describe the project and all the duties and accountability issues of a facilities manager. Begin your essay with the bidding process and end with the completed project being turned over to the facilities manager.
Your paper should be 2-3 pages in length and discuss and cite at least 2 credible sources other than the course textbook. The CSU-Global Library is a great place to find sources. Document and citation formatting should conform to the CSU-Global Guide to Writing and APA Requirements
