Paper instructions:
Research eight journal articles related to the effects of poverty, culture, access, linguistics, or family on early development of cognition and behavior.

Four articles must focus on children birth-PK and four articles must focus on grades K-3.

Create a Power Point presentation of 10-12 slides, not including title and reference slides, that summarizes your findings and addresses the ethics and implications for classroom practices and public policy.
