The Minister has made an announcement in the local press that the Government is embarking on a new pedestrian footbridge over a busy highway. A comprehensive design for the project is available for download on the Blackboard website.

You have been given the task by senior management to prepare a report to the Minister indicating the following:
•    Projected tender value, this will include the structure and associated preliminary on-costs.
•    A project time line and critical path using computer software.
•    Prepare a methodology statement including procurement and the impact on traffic and how you propose to handle traffic and pedestrian management safeguards during the course of construction.

The report will be no less than 2000 words and it is to be submitted electronically via Turnitin on or before the due date.
