5. Use the scenario based on your pre-incident plan again, but with the assumption that the offensive attack was either unsuccessful, or that conditions did not permit an interior attack. If the building used in Scenario #1 does not have an exposure problem simulate nearby exposures. If exposures are simulated place the exposure buildings at various distances from the fire building. Also, use buildings of different heights and different occupancies to show exposures on all four sides.
