classification of International Transparency during the period of 1991 to 2013 . the economic part of the module has six variables ; Foreign Direct Investment, Fixed

Capital Formation, GDP per ca-pita, life expectancy, School enrollment and employment.

ABSTARCT
This paper tries to predict the economic development using a database for ten countries
which were qualified as the less corrupted countries worldwide using the classification
of International Transparency during the period of 1991 to 2009. The economic pa rt of
the model has six variables: Foreign Direct Investment, Fixed capital Formation, GDP
per capita, Life expectancy, Scholar Enrollment and Unemployment.
We have applied the alpha (a) model. A good agreement between measured and
predicted data is obtained.

1. Introduction:
Misuse of public office is more likely to be exposed in the more economically
developed countries. Economic development increases the spread of education, literacy
and depersonalized (arm’s-length) relationships (Treisman, 2000). The “arm’s-length”
principle requires that personal relationships shall play no role in economic decisions
