I have taken instructions from a new client, Anna Wood. She is a shareholder of a company called Bend me, Stretch me Limited (the “Company”).
The Company was incorporated by Anna Wood and Kerry Middleton who are both directors. Anna Wood holds 30 ordinary shares and Kerry Middleton holds 70 ordinary shares. The Company operates a number of yoga studios across London.
Anna Wood has some concerns as detailed in the attached email.
